We have a number of existing Groupshare projects that are currently being translated. Our customer has asked us now to include their own (Groupshare) server memory in these projects and has given us the access details (user/password) to do so.

When we add this memory to the existing projects, are the project settings updated automatically or does each translator have to close the project and reopen it to see the additional memory?

The translators will then have two sets of logon credentials - one for our Groupshare memory and one for the customer's. When our PM finalizes the projects and both memories are updated, which user name will appear with the segments in the customer's memory (the name that the user uses to log onto our server or the name used to log onto the customer's server). This is important for data protection reasons.
