I am not able to log in to Language Weaver

Hi all,

Since yesterday I can't log in to Language Weaver, even if I am logged in while working with Trados.

I have already updated the plugin, tried to use the option "single log in", but there's no chance to use it anymore!

Also, Trados Studio 2021 still crashes without notice, even not so frequently than before.

I feel so frustrated that I also tried to upgrade my Trados Studio Freelance Plus licence yesterday, but I got a problem when paying it: I don't have any details to pay it by bank transfer.

Any help would be very appreciated.

    I upgraded from Trados Studio FL Plus 2021 to 2022. I thought it would solve the Language Weaver problem, but I was wrong.


    I have installed the plugin several times, uninstalled all the MT plugins I had (on Trados and on the hard drive) and whenever I want to add "Language Weaver" nothing appears. I've downloaded them from RWS App Store, and from the option Addins in Trados, but nothing helps.

    The first time, a message appeared saying that "The translation provider Language Weaver could not be opened and has been disabled".
    I can't use anything...

    If I click on "Language WEaver Machine Translation" and then "Language Weaver", it redirects me to the RWS Downloads page. It doesn't seem to recognise the already installed plugin.

    If anyone has a solution for this, I thank you :)
