When I log in to my cloud account and try to work, nothing happens: i.e. no matter what I try to do, the page does not react. I have logged out and in repeatedly with the same result. This means I cannot do anything at all in the RWS cloud.

Can you provide any more information than this? A screenshot would be a good starting place... just in case you have this?
Note the "Welcome to Trados" block on the bottom right. You cannot to anything here until you click on the small RWS icon below it to click it away. Then the application becomes available.
Seems obvious... but if this is you I bet you are not the first and probably won't be the last!

Thanks for replying, Paul! But unfortunately no help... What I see is exactly the same starting page as I have always seen (no Welcome block):
No matter where I click, I get no reaction (except if I click a project or task; then the Projects created is refreshed, arriving at exacty the same result).
And this includes clicking the menu items at the top?
It's odd that some things do react even if you end up back at this page.

It includes all menu items; also the on top of the page. When I point to the menu items at right, the tool tips are shown. And everywhere I should be able to activate an option, the pointer changes to a hand, and the option itself is indicated by a colour change. But clicking gives no reaction.

As usual, I had forgotten the possibility that it might have something to do with the browser. But I have always opened this page in Chrome with no problem. Now I tried Firefox, and everything worked fine! There are so many ways to set up Chrome (and I suppose other browsers as well), and I can't remember the changes I have made during the last month or so. So I give up Chrome for this, for the time being at least.
