When I log in to my cloud account and try to work, nothing happens: i.e. no matter what I try to do, the page does not react. I have logged out and in repeatedly with the same result. This means I cannot do anything at all in the RWS cloud.

As usual, I had forgotten the possibility that it might have something to do with the browser. But I have always opened this page in Chrome with no problem. Now I tried Firefox, and everything worked fine! There are so many ways to set up Chrome (and I suppose other browsers as well), and I can't remember the changes I have made during the last month or so. So I give up Chrome for this, for the time being at least.
