 i would appreciate your help if you can 
 my sdl trados cloud memory is not working on sdl trados 2019 
 it says I have no permissions... (see attached image file) this is absurd since my suscription still has many characters to use can you please help me as soon as possible? -please see attached file below-

Hello Andres Celis 
We have been a few changes to the Language cloud recently which could be the cause as the project was ongoing during the updates. 
I would probably suggest that you recreate a new project (without LC) then when complete, open up the project and then add in LC.

Hi Andres, if you have this issue again just log out and log back in Language Cloud in Trados Studio 2019 SR1.

Because the log-in window has been updated this is required the first time you want to use Language Cloud in 2019 SR1.
