my sdl trados cloud memory is not working on sdl trados 2019
it says I have no permissions... (see attached image file)
this is absurd since my suscription still has many characters to use
can you please help me as soon as possible? -please see attached file below-

i think i just did what you say, but sadly it doesn't work...
as you can see, my LC subscription is valid and active. what can i do to fix this?
Hi Andres, if you have this issue again just log out and log back in Language Cloud in Trados Studio 2019 SR1.
Because the log-in window has been updated this is required the first time you want to use Language Cloud in 2019 SR1.
