SDL language cloud login

Hello,

I posted a request about a Deepl plugin issue and I figured out the problem may come from the fact that I cannot connect to SDL Language Cloud from Studio 2019 SR2.

I remember I had to paste my Deepl API key on my previous computer but I cannot find the steps to do the same on my new computer.

Are these two issues related?

I really don't know what to do at this stage.

    Im just connecting the two threads together here as they are maybe related.

    There are a few things to check and ensure that everything is up-to-date.

    Could you please tell us what Operating System you have installed please? 

    First, please make use you logged onto your machine as ADMIN (and not a secondary user account)

    Now start Studio as ADMIN

    And make sure you are logged into Studio-

    and that you are running the latest update of Studio 2019-

    You should now be able to manage your account login

    If you are still unable to log in-

    1. Close Studio
    2. Go to C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\SDL and delete LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin
    3. Open Studio and attempt to login, and see whether the issues still reproduces.

    This should now work for you.

    Please also remove the DeepL plugin and ensure you have installed the latest version from the SDL App Store
