Can you please confirm what version of Trados Studio 2017 do you have?

I would think it is an issue caused by the version of Trados Studio 2017 and the plug-in.

Thank you for your answer.

I think I do have the latest Studio 2017 Freelance version installed.

When I click on "Check for Updates" in Help tab I get the following:

And, yes, I followed the instructions in that article and do have the latest version of the plugin installed.

I uesd to have an old "Basic" Language Cloud package but I discontinued the payment a few months ago.Though it stil appear to be active, when I click on Manage account the link reaches a page where it says that y account is expired.

.       

Now I suscribed to a Language Weaver Starter package, but it seems it won't work...

I've moved you to the Free Language Cloud package. Basic packages have been retired, and all subscriptions for machine translation are on Language Weaver portal now. 

However, in 2017 the integration with Language Cloud no longer supports the new Neural Machine Translation technology. 

In order to use your Language Weaver subscription please install the Machine Translation Cloud plug-in for Studio 2017 from here: https://appstore.rws.com/language/app/sdl-machine-translation-cloud/941/

Hi Radu,

Thanks a lot for your help, but I still cannot use Language Weaver.

When I select the provider:

the Login windows won't open. In fact, nothing happens at all. I can still choose other options in the Project Settings windows, but the Login window for Language Weaver does not show up.
