Authentication issue with Language Weaver plugin on Trados Studio 2022 Professional

Hi,

we have three Trados Studio 2022 Professional SR2 licenses, but we cannot use the "Language Weaver"-plugin on the desktop software

because we cannot login into the cloud.

We have tried to add the Language weaver to the Traduction sources. It ask us for an authentication,

and tried to login with: "Single sign on" (failed)  and "User authentication", but without success (a third method required an Sign ID, but we don't have it).

We cannot access to the cloud.

The "portal.languageweaver.com" say

"Hello, <First name> <Last name>

We could not find an active Language Weaver account associater with this email address.

We can easily create one if you subscribe to our 14-day Free Trial."

This mean that we cannot use the Language Weaver plugin.

It seams that the professional license is not enough to be able to use the Language Weaver plugin...is this correct?

Is Trados Studio Professional not compatible with Language weaver?

    Using Language Weaver is done through the Cloud resources option in Trados Studio. 

    All users that have a Trados Studio 2022 Professional license will have a Cloud resources account. As explained in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/CommunityKnowledge?articleName=000012337

    In your case, if there is more than one user, so more than one license, users need to be added to the Cloud account individually by the Admin of the Cloud account, which is the user/e-mail that was on the Trados Studio 2022 Pro order. 

    The Language Weaver plugin can be used only by users who have a Language Weaver subscription where they are a user. For Trados Studio 2022 Professional users, only 1 user is part of the Language Weaver subscription. All the other users will need to use Language Weaver through Cloud-based Resources. 

    The logic of the accounts and platforms is this:

    Trados Studio 2022 Professional License -> Cloud resources subscription and account (User management is done here) - > Language Weaver subscription where you can check your machine translation usage if you are an Admin. See  : https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000013218

    I know it is a bit confusing. For single-user accounts, this all makes sense, 1 license - 1 user in Cloud platform - 1 user in Language Weaver platform. For accounts with more than 1 license, user management needs to be done in the Cloud resources platform. 

    Language Weaver has also some paid subscriptions that allow for more users, for example Team Language Weaver subscription has up to 5 users. Customers can upgrade from the included LW subscription to the Team Language Weaver one.
