Authentication issue with Language Weaver plugin on Trados Studio 2022 Professional

Hi,

we have three Trados Studio 2022 Professional SR2 licenses, but we cannot use the "Language Weaver"-plugin on the desktop software

because we cannot login into the cloud.

We have tried to add the Language weaver to the Traduction sources. It ask us for an authentication,

and tried to login with: "Single sign on" (failed)  and "User authentication", but without success (a third method required an Sign ID, but we don't have it).

We cannot access to the cloud.

The "portal.languageweaver.com" say

"Hello, <First name> <Last name>

We could not find an active Language Weaver account associater with this email address.

We can easily create one if you subscribe to our 14-day Free Trial."

This mean that we cannot use the Language Weaver plugin.

It seams that the professional license is not enough to be able to use the Language Weaver plugin...is this correct?

Is Trados Studio Professional not compatible with Language weaver?
