Hi all,
I created a project from an XLIFF. I tried connecting Language Cloud and Language Weaver (not at the same time) to the project, but neither seem to be working. I am using Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338
In the TM window, I get "No matches found or no lookup performed". In the past, Language Cloud was working. Now I tried using Language Weaver as an alternative but to no avail.
Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

Have you checked your Language Weaver account, do you have an active subscription with NMT characters available?

Thank you for your help. I see now I have reached the yearly character limit, even though I have never used Language Weaver before, but I guess it shares the same service with Language Cloud which I have been using.
Do you know if the limit will reset in January? Will the character count go back to zero for next year?
Yes, Language Cloud uses the NMT from the Language Weaver subscription.
The Language Weaver subscription resets/renews automatically at the aniversary date, which is the date your subscription started.
You should be able to find this date in your LW account here: https://portal.languageweaver.com/settings/account
Or in the Reports section: https://portal.languageweaver.com/reports/dashboard see below.
If you need more characters sooner, there are some Upgrade options, you can see in your Settings - My Account menu.

Coming back to you about this, because it seems that the "Days until subscription expires" value remains unchanged even after a month.
The number of days was the same now as around the time I posted this.
