Unable to use NMT in Studio 2021

Question

Hi all, 
 I created a project from an XLIFF. I tried connecting Language Cloud and Language Weaver (not at the same time) to the project, but neither seem to be working. I am using Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338 
 In the TM window, I get "No matches found or no lookup performed". In the past, Language Cloud was working. Now I tried using Language Weaver as an alternative but to no avail. 
 Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

 Have you checked your Language Weaver account, do you have an active subscription with NMT characters available?

Hi Eleni Katsamaki 
 Yes, Language Cloud uses the NMT from the Language Weaver subscription. 
 The Language Weaver subscription resets/renews automatically at the aniversary date, which is the date your subscription started. 
 You should be able to find this date in your LW account here: https://portal.languageweaver.com/settings/account 
 Or in the Reports section: https://portal.languageweaver.com/reports/dashboard see below. 
 If you need more characters sooner, there are some Upgrade options, you can see in your Settings - My Account menu.
