I still cannot use Amazon Translation Plugin

Hi,

It's ridiculous that since I inserted this notification no one has taken any interest in it, although you still can't use the Amazon Translate plug-in locally (or in the cloud community.rws.com/.../why-i-cannot-add-tranaslation-engine-to-the-cloud-resources ).

You can see everything in the screenshots:

Screenshot of software settings showing Amazon Translate Trados Plugin with no language pair specified, no lookup penalty, and options to enable, concordance search, and update.

Screenshot of a translation software interface comparing English and Polish texts with special characters highlighted, and an error message at the bottom stating 'An error has occurred while using the translation provider AmazonTranslate Trados Plugin.'

I'll preempt questions: my bills are paid and the seret access key is valid and checked.

These are the basic functionalities of the program and the company , which for many years has been selling such an advanced program CAT can not fix the basic functionalities, which are working translation engines used in the daily work of every translator!!!!

Using Trados Studio 2024 with plugin version 5.0.0.3 I am able to get up and running:

Screenshot of Trados Studio plugin interface showing 'Translation Results - AmazonTranslate Trados Plugin' with the message 'Initialize', 'Load Connection:' in both English and German.

    With Studio closed:

If you look in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Trados AppStore\AmazonTranslationProvider do you have a file called: AmazonProviderSettings.json

If yes can you delete it please

    Also

    C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18 you may find TranslationProviderCredentialStore.bin/2
    Please delete the bin files

    Looking forward to your reply
