I need to find a way to run a termbase QA, and it would be great if Studio could only search for word “stems”, i.e. search for only
Autóskárty
Insdtead of
Autóskártya
Currently the TB QA returns hundreds of false positives.
Is it possible somehow?

This was several years ago. That solution has been in production for some time and is accessible here:
The "Linguistic search" is more flexible in this regard and this is what Luis was referring to. I suggest you have a play with it and see if it meets your needs.
What it doesn't do is give you flexibility over a more manual approach where you can define the stem etc., and to be honest I don't know how well this will play in conjunction with the terminology verifier in Studio. I suggest you just have a play with it and see.
