My apologies: I should have mentioned I had already tried your proposed solution, i.e., installing the "Change Scaling Behaviour" app: it has not resolved the issue in my case.

I have also tried overriding the DPI settings under the compatibility tab accessed via Properties when I right click on the desktop icon.

I've got a horrible feeling this problem may be unique to my machine.

Try changing the resolution of your screen generally?

I've tried pretty much every resolution available under the system's display settings and in different magnification combinations: the closest I got to progress was the full advisory sentence up to "drop down list." being almost completely displayed (it was still cut off horizontally and displayed on a second line), but the two buttons remain AWOL, I'm afraid.

I'm guessing I'm going to have to activate the licence on a second machine and temporarily deactivate it on my own to make a comparison.

Have since partitioned my Mac, installed Windows and transferred Trados programmes there: MultiTerm displaying properly, so seemingly machine-related issue.

One for the programmers to consider in future for full compatibility with all machines? Or are there always going to be random PCs which won't display properly?

Unfortunately we did not find the cause of what causes your issue. We have tried clearing the User Settings, cleaning the registry settings, forcing the window to display properly via a script and nothing worked. As a workaround I would propose that you use the Alt+W and Alt+S shortcuts for that Import Process screen and it will work. The user has also mentioned that he has migrated to another computer and that it works fine but I am sorry we could not find a more permanent solution for the computer in question.

I am having the exact same problem (both with MultiTerm 2019 and now with MultiTerm 2021). But not only with the Import wizard, but also with the Termbase wizard when trying to create a new termbase. I have tried everything regarding settings (both in MulitTerm and Windows) but nothing solves the problem.

I have the same problem with the 'Import Button' of Multiterm 2021 and don't know how to solve it. Has anyone found a solution, please?
