Source formatting dong appear as they are in the target

Question

Hi 
 I am working with Studio 2017. In the Editor some bold segments (all the segment) dont appear as bold in the target. Also, It happens that some parts of a segment are bold or italic but while I place the corresponding tags in the target in Studio, in the target file I generate these do not appear as they should, i.e. bold or italic. 
 
 Can anyone please help?

Hello Ali Fazel , 
 
In order to have the same formatting in the target segment --> highlight the words in your target segments to which you wish to apply some character formatting and press the following keyboard combination: Ctrl + , (comma). This will open a QuickPlace list with the types of character formatting that are used in the source segment --> select the required formatting and press Enter on your keyboard.

 Please send us a sample file from your document (you can copy your source file, delete everything apart from a couple of segments and change the text to anonymise it) in order to test it from my side.

This is a bug. It relates to the font being saved with the incorrect complex script settings. If you click on the word in MSWord you'll see the bold tag is active, but the text is not displayed correctly. If you select the text and try and bold it then it will become bold, but the bold indicator switches off. This is logged with our development team as CRQ-7248 for your records.

Then what is the problem you are having? Ana-Maria has explained exactly what the issue is with the target file, not what happens in Word if you create a file yourself. This is a bug in Studio and even looking at the target file you have provided it behaves exactly as described.
