Problem solved!

I have just found out that the text wrapping tags came from the original file. 

Of course... the tags are clearly visible in the source text, so where else did you think they could come from?

I thought Evan meant that they could be visible in the source file, not source text in Trados.

As they weren't visible in the source file, I thought SDL Trados had wrapped the text somehow and that it could be possible to fix it with the tool.

Reading another post with other type of tag issues I found out that I had to delete the file, fix the formatting of the Word doc, and add it again.

One of the "benefits" of a CAT is that you see all the controls that are normally invisible in Word other than you see the effect they have.  This is important because you need to be able to put them where required.  But essentially the basic idea is that what comes in is what goes out.  So if you have something in the source you don't like then it's often better to fix the source prior to translation.  You can do it afterwards, and you may have to make changes afterwards anyway since the text can expand/contract around your controls in the target file as a result of translating so some DTP work may always be necessary.

Ah, I assumed that you know what source- and target text is in Studio and that Studio never changes the source text in any way.
