100% matches not displayed

 Since Studio 2019, I have noticed more and more often that 100% matches are not suggested and are not displayed in the translation results window, nor are they suggested as 99% if they come from a Parallel TM with 1% deduction. A common configuration for me is teamwork with colleagues who work with a different CAT tool. They give me their TM (via an export in tmx format). I create a parallel TM for this in my project and integrate it with 1% deduction. Using the concordance search I find the 100% matches from the parallel TM. Here is an example: 
 I have read the earlier posts with the topic "100% Matches not found": the Loockahead function was desabled on my system I regularly reorganize my TMs. I use DeepL in Studio, but I don't want DeepL to be displayed preferentially. But I don't think that this has anything to do with my problem, because most of time, if there are matches from my own TM, 100% or less, they are usually suggested or Studio's MT create a solution from them. But not always, just mostly. And only from my own TM, almost never from the parallel TM that is very important to get an efficient teamwork. I have asked around among my colleagues and many report similar observations: David: "I've observed that even in larger projects, matches are only found by concordance search." Julie: "Sometimes I have the same problem! With the new versions I notice this phenomenon more and more. I don't know what it is - but I would like to have a solution! Maybe create something in the project settings of the project? Or maybe you have activated the setting "Use MT even if there are 100% matches" (or something like that)? Then Trados would always use NMT, even if there are matches. But I thought it would prioritize or offer both alternatives for selection. But I don't work with NMT that often, so I'm not sure. Could you check that the Apply best match after successful lookup checkbox is checked in your Options? 
 Sorry, I can't post images. 
 If it is ticked, check also Projects settings > Language Pairs > All Language pairs > Translation memory ad make sure that the Lookup checkbox is ticked for the relevant TM.

 What your screenshot is showing is a 100% concordance match for the selected text, which is not the same as a 100% match for the active segment from the TM. Is the entire segment stored in your TM as a 100% match? Maybe you could share a screenshot of the TM view.

You are using project TMs. Might very well be, that the matches are stored only in the main TM and NOT in the project TM. Could you please test with a project with main TMs onl?

Hi Jesus, 
 The concordance lookup is only for " belebt unsere Sinne", which is a 100% Concordance match, but not necessarily a 100% TM match. 
 I've created a scenario to replicate this with some nonsensical translations here: 
 
 Here, I've created a document with only 3 segments and a new TM that contains only the "translation" (makes no sense, I know) for segment 2. When I go back to segment 1 and select "belebt unsere Sinne", I get a 100% Concordance match, but of course I get nothing in the TM results, because segment 1 is below the 70% threshold to get a TM match. 
 Here's a screenshot of the contents of the TM: 
 
 I think it would be interesting to see a screenshot of Isabelle's TM like the one above, to see what her TM actually contains. Of course, her TM would not be as empty as this one, so a search for "belebt unsere Sinne" would be a good idea to see whether there's actually a translation unit that would match her segment.

Hi Isabelle, 
 I don't mean the translation results pane, but the Translation Memories view, where you would open your TM, do a search for " belebt unsere Sinne" and see a list of the actual translation units stored in the TM that contain that string.
