I think you mean "my TM" and not "my MT" as these are results coming from your Translation Memory (TM) and not Machine Translation (MT).  The reason I know this is because if you look at the centre column you can see the match values you are getting,  These values are all fuzzy matches (39%, 40% for example) as opposed to accurate translations (100% or CM(Context Match)).  This just means there was no better translation available in your TM so the best match was offered.

As I am writing this I am wondering if perhaps you are using the "My Memory" plugin from the OpenExchange?  I think this could produce results like these.

No i mean MT, i set minimum match value = 30%  in search  and minimum match value = 30% in pre-translate settings.

(40% or 39%) > 30%(minimum value) so excepted return all target segments in the right place

but actually some target segments show the previous translation segment.

If you really meant MT then none of these settings do anything.  MT does not work on the basis of minimum match values.  Every result when you use MT is based on the machines ability to return what it considers a 100% match.  There are no fuzzy values provided at all with MT, everything is given the status AT (Automated Translation).
