Embedded Content Processing Not Working in 2021 R1

Question

I am using Trados 2021 latest update (R1) and the issue that I have is that when I try to use "Embedded Content Processing" to manage tags in an Excel file, the Tag Expressions are simply ignored by Trados and the Preview File does not change no matter what Tag Expressions I use.

The issue remains the same independently from any type of Tag Expression I put into the Tag definition rules. As an example, it should show the paragraph text as red, but it doesn't. 
 Any suggestions? Is this a bug? Or just me doing something wrong?

 But what's interesting to me is that your content is also segmented, probably on the period. That leads me to believe your source file needs to be seen. Try this file that I created:

This will never work... 
 You need to adapt the rules in the Excel file type under File types and NOT in the embedded content processors. These are to be used in combination with other file types. And also please make sure you adapt the Excel file type within the corresponding project template BEFORE adding the file to your project.
