Is this the whole error stack? It appears that part of the actual error stack is missing!

If you can post the full error stack, this might be useful.

As you mentions the issue is only 'sometimes' persisting, then this is perhaps to do with the specific files.

If the original files are damaged/corrupt, then copying and pasting is unlikely to help.

this is the whole error message, I clicked on the button you mentioned and saved the file.

I made some more tests and realised that the Pre-translate task is OK, no error. The file has been pretranslated correctly at 22%.

I can open the file without problem and I can see the pretranslated segments. I can see also fuzzy matches.

I ran Translation WordCount withouit error.

The only task with error is the Analyse one. This is a problem because I see the total word count but not all other informations.

I think this is not a matter of corrupted files, this happended 4 times, for 4 different files, 4 different TMs.

I did a second test using the previous version of Trados 2019 (that is 15.2.7.28.49) and everything went well. No error.
 This means the files are not corrupted but there is something wrong with the last version of Trados, correct?

What do you think? Do you still need the file do to some tests?

could you please let me know if the Trados 2019 version could be the problem?

Convert the original docx to rtf, and process the file again.This worked on SDL 2014.
