Base 64 error

Question

Hello, I have a problem with Trados 2021 and I really need help. Trados support didn't help at all and told me to post this here. 
 A message with a Base 64 error is showing and nothing that I do makes it go away. I changed the name of the project, deleted ans installed trados and the message is still there: "The entry is not a valid Base 64 character string, as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character between padding characters."

 Could you please give us a bit more details about the issue? Please save the error by clicking on the disc icon and, then saving to your desktop and including this in communications with SDL. 
 These 'error stacks' helps us locate the issues and provide solutions much quicker generally.

 What kind of file is it, is it a package?
