I am only seeing a Trados Studio 2019 license in your account- did you install the 2021 Trial?

If Trados Studio 2021 had been removed incorrectly, this may have corrupted Trados Studio 2019.

I would first suggest reinstalling Trados Studio 2021 - then if the issue persists with 2019- running a repair/reset-

Then if you are uninstalling 2021- close all Studio/Multiterm Applications and remove Studio via the Windows Control Panel/Programs and Features

i would install 2021 trial again but it says "This trial will not work if you have any other Trados Studio 2021 edition installed or if you have installed a Trados Studio 2021 trial previously."

nevertheless, I have tried to install 2021, repair 2019, uninstall 2021 but my licensed 2019 still does not work properly - no new or return packages

whats more, teh xliff files are not readable too.
