trados 2019 does not work after installing and uninstalling trados 2021

I am not able to open any return or new packages - everything has the same icon and a message "this file type is not supported" appears

Hello Irena Balicka , 
 I am only seeing a Trados Studio 2019 license in your account- did you install the 2021 Trial? 
 If Trados Studio 2021 had been removed incorrectly, this may have corrupted Trados Studio 2019. 
 I would first suggest reinstalling Trados Studio 2021 - then if the issue persists with 2019- running a repair/reset-

 Then if you are uninstalling 2021- close all Studio/Multiterm Applications and remove Studio via the Windows Control Panel/Programs and Features
