How to avoid propagation in certain segments

Hello,

In English and when translating into a foreign language, a certain word can be translated in different ways. When I have just one word to translate in a segment it propagates and it is okay, but for some segments I would like to mark them as "NOT PROPAGATE THIS PARTICULAR SEGMENT", because the word on it is repeated along the translation and sometimes it could have different meanings.

My question is: how may I mark a certain segment in the editor to avoid it propagates?

Cheers

  • Well, but if you do not want to propagate into certain segments, you need to mark them somehow. The same is simply possible in Studio, for example you can lock such segments.

This is exactly as easy to use as in other programs. If you would spread more light on your use case and tell us why not to propagate or provide more examples, maybe we could get a better idea of what you want to do. For exmple, if I have a segment, which needs to be confirmed, but not autopropagated, I can change th status of this segment by right clicking it.
