If we involve support the first thing they do is reset.  So I suggest you try this first.  To do this just close Trados Studio and then rename this folder:

c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\

to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old\

Finally restart Trados Studio and try to use it again.

• I already renamed this folder c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old\
• Before that I tried erasing some of the *.xml files that are into that same folder

It was useless, I'm afraid.

Hi,

I managed to solve my problem.

I uninstalled trados + multiterm and then I reinstalled them.

I think I forgot to uninstall before, that was why it didn't work.
