Failed to initialize view "EditorView"

Question

Dear all, 
 Trados Studio 2021 is not working. 
 I reinstalled 
 
 TradosStudio2021SR2_16.2.9.9198, and 
 MultiTermDesktop2021SR2_16.2.1.1044 
 
 I also I tried several solutions mentioned in the Community and Knowledge Base, but they didn't work. 
 The error is the following:

Hi, 
 I managed to solve my problem. 
 I uninstalled trados + multiterm and then I reinstalled them. 
 I think I forgot to uninstall before, that was why it didn't work.

 If we involve support the first thing they do is reset. So I suggest you try this first. To do this just close Trados Studio and then rename this folder: 
 c:\Users\ %username% \AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\ 
 to c:\Users\ %username% \AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old\ 
 Finally restart Trados Studio and try to use it again.

 Just a small tip. It's better to explain exactly what you tried or you may just get advice you have already carried out which could be a little frustrating for you.
