Groupshare Projects Available in Studio 2019 Won't Show Up in Trados 2021

Hi everyone,

     I have recently encountered a weird Groupshare issue. So weird that I even raised it with my old SDL Taiwan contact but the issue remains unsolved after a series of discussion. One day I noticed that three of the projects provided through Groupshare could only show up in the interface of Studio 2019 but not Studio 2021. My old contact mentioned that the three missing projects were located in the root folder and I might have unwittingly clicked into one of the subfolder, so I returned to the root folder and clicked here and there, and tried every step I could, but still with no success. So, for now, I can only go back to 2019.

      Will you kindhearted people on the forum please tell me what might be happening to my Studio 2021? Is there perhaps any solution to this? Here are the screenshots of the project interfaces of both my Studio 2019 and 2021:

I was using 2021 SR2 when I first noticed this problem, but the problem remains after now I've reinstalled 2021 SR1.

    Thank you Walter, your tip just worked!!

    Well, the weird part is that even when I clicked into the folder "Project resources" you've mentioned, the projects I was looking for were still not there. But once I went back to the root folder and checked the "include subfolders" option, they just magically came out. I still don't know which folder the projects belong to but at least there is a way to dig them out. 

    Here is the screen I see when I click into "Project resources," in case you wonder:
