If not, please provide more details.
Message appeared when I was trying to open a project package. Assuming that there was a problem with the package I asked the customer to send another and the same problem occurred. Now this message appears whenever I try to open Trados.
I suggest you do a RESET of your Studio installation according to the instructions in this KB article.
