Hi! Just wanted to ask urgent assistance in regards with my SDL Trados as my translation memory seems like not working. I will be attaching images of the issue I am currently experiencing. When I do try to select the language pair, I couldn't enable it and there is a "x" icon showing on the side as well. Hopping for your response. Thank you!

AI totally misunderstood you. Which language pair is the TM you want to use? en-US->fr-CA? Seemingly not, that's what Studio is trying to tell you. If you use AnyTM, you can shoehorn it into that language combination. Does that help?

Yes, EN to FR CA is the language pair I am trying to use but it does not proceeds. May I know if how can I choose the selectiom for Any TM, please?

Uel Casey Bosch The question is which kind of EN is your source language? en-US? en-GB? en-CA? Or something else. If this does not match your TM, you get this error message.
AnyTM simply says: The source language of this TM equals the source language of the project in question, same for the target languages. From your screenshot I would say that it will work for you.
It is a EN CA. Before I can use it smoothly without getting any error. Not sure why I can't use it anymore. Does rein structuring the folder of the Termbases saved on our server affect the way I usually use it?

No, this is a TM. Termbases are different animals.
You are trying to use a TM en-CA -> fr-CA for a project that is en-US -> fr-CA, That won't work without AnyTM, and it will never have worked.

Your issue is with translation memories, not with termbases.
It is a EN CA.
That’s why it down work: the Source language of the TM (English - Canadian) does’t match the source language of your project (English - US).
If you create a project, English - Canadian > French - Canadian, you’ll be able to use that TM. Alternatively, you can use AnyTM.

Whether you changed the Source language or you were using AnyTM or you were not using that TM.

Probably if have a Support conctract with RWS. Otherwise it’s on them to help that way. This forum is supported by both RWS employees and Trados Studio users as you and me.
I changed the source language into EN-CA but it still doesn't work. I am not sure how to use the AnyTM.
