If you want to update your TM then the best option is to do a search/replace in the TM itself using the Batch Edit feature:

That way all future translations will use your preferred terminology.

No.  That won't guarantee you catch every use of the terminology in your TM.

Will this search/replace option only search and replace terms in the target section? I need to find "Health Topic" in the source and replace it with "sujet de santé" in the target.
