Urgent Assistance Required: Issues with TM and XLIFF Files in SDL Trados Studio

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing issues with my Translation Memory (TM) and XLIFF files in SDL Trados Studio. When I open my Project Files and XLIFF, my translations no longer appear, despite having confirmed and saved my segments. Additionally, I am unable to perform a concordance search in my TM as the options are unclickable. My account is a Trados Studio Professional - Concurrent User. This issue is causing significant delays in my work, and I require immediate assistance to resolve it.
