SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR2 16.2.12.9338 - Script Error "Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches"

Hello, 

When I'm trying to open a single Word document for translation I get the message below:

"An unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches".

I've already tried repairing the SDL Trados app following the instructions here: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sys_kb_id=b24f61e983466690396947426daad39d

I've also reset Studios to its default state following the instructions in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sys_kb_id=792c79773b81e6d093afd79704e45af0&spa=1

I'm still getting the same error message.

Does anyone know what I keep getting this error message and how can I solve it?

    Go to File -> Setup -> Manage user profiles and reset your user profile. Restart Studio. If still no joy, repeat this step, however load a default profile from here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio16\UserProfiles. If still running into problems, reset Studio again as done before. After that open any file in Editor view, go to View and "reset window layout". This should finally solve your problem.
