Symbol Affecting Fuzzy Match & Regex Escape Issue

Hello Team

I've encountered some issues while using Trados and was hoping to get some help.

Per the three screenshots below, it appears that symbols before numbers affect Fuzzy Match results.
I'm trying to get the translation "+{number}%" but haven't been able to replace it successfully.

For the second issue, please see the attached GIF. When I attempt to use regex to replace "+ 30%" with "+30%", the replacement text becomes "\+30%" instead of the expected "+30%". I cannot use "+[0-9]%" as the replacement string because it triggers a regex error.

I'd really appreciate any insights on these issues, as they're currently affecting our project workflow.

Thank you in advance for any assistance!
