Problem with Studio 2015

Question

I Have a problem with Studio 2015. It works well then suddenly I can not open it and an error message appears saying "not found". I have tried to reinstall it yet it can not be reinstalled. Would anyone knows how to solve this. I have an original version of studio not a crack one.

If you could kindly provide a six digit order number for your recent Studio license via Private Message, I would then be able to assist you further? I don't think this is a licensing issue as you still have an active licence available to you. Can you provide a little more information on what happens? So when you say it cannot be reinstalled, why not? What happens, do you get any error messages? 
 
Have you tried a Studio reset? It might help... just rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0 
 
That might cure the problem you are having.

If that doesn't help Nehad, can you log a case with the support team please? For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

Just fill in the form and submit it. Make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you. I'd also recommend you provide your order number seeing as the email address you are using here is not the same as the account holding your licence.

1. Six digit Studio order number 
2. Your Operation System 
3. Anti Virus software installed
