PROBLEM AFTER LAST UPDATE (TUESDAY 18/10)

Hello,

I accepted the last update (Tuesday) and since that Studio 2015 in anuseful/not working. I can create a simple sdlxliff but after close it, does not want to reopen it, following message: ce type de fichier n'est pas pris en charge. Other problem when creating SDL project, at the moment to finalyze the creation, I have the following message: Appliquer Transperfect: 2 erreurs, Pré-traduire les fichiers: 2 erreurs, Analyser les fichiers: 2 erreurs.

Till Tuesday, I can't work at all with Studio 2015 and nobody brought me a solution to this grave problem!!!!

Please find a quick correct solution.

    I don't know what you have tried so far but I think the two things to try first are a reset, and if that doesn't help then a repair.

    For the reset just rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio:

    c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0

    See if this helps. If it doesn't then run a repair installation through the windows control panel and hopefully that will sort the problem out. If it doesn't then we'll log a case for you so a support engineer can take a look. Butu please try these two things first because this is the first thing the support engineer will do anyway.
