If your current/previous subscription was bought before May 2025, please note that purchasing a new subscription from the website won't work. Consequently, if your annual subscription is ending soon or has already expired, contact us to discuss your renewal options. Otherwise, subscriptions bought before May 2025 do not need to be cancelled, as their renewal is not automatic. These subscriptions will simply expire one year from purchase.

For subscriptions bought after May 2025*, the renewal will be automatic in your Account Portal and you will be charged automatically on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your chosen subscription plan.

Note: * this does not include renewal subscriptions purchased after May 2025, only new subscriptions.
