!!! In case your computer crashed, or you can no longer access Trados Studio from your old computer, you can reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below:

Please note you need to wait 30 minutes before you can activate the license on your new PC. If you have a Plus license, you need to pick first one of the two activation fulfilments In Use to reset and then proceed with the procedure.
Note! If you no longer can reset the license by yourself, please post about your issue in the Licensing&Installation group on Community and we will submit a case with our technical team on your behalf from your post.
