If you have generated TQA report in Studio, you can use this report in TBM to send report details to your vendors and to use information from this report in future translation assignments when selecting vendors.
To import TQA report, select necessary translation assignment in the list of assignments, and click RWS > Trados Studio > Import TQA report. If translation project to which selected assignment belongs is linked with Studio project, the system will find generated TQA report and display the following dialog:
At the top, you will find list of all TQA reports existing in the current project. Here, you have to select a single row. Target profile allows to specify which profile will be used to process the report. If the system can find matching TQA profile, it will be preselected. Otherwise, if a profile is missing, you can switch selector from Use existing to Create a new profile. It allows to import TQA profile from your Studio project and save it in TBM for future use. In this case, you will have to provide a name for newly created TQA profile:
When ready, click OK to start importing. After you get confirmation about successful import, click TQA reports > View in the list of assignments:
And you will see report details, as on the following screenshot:
Also, when a report is imported, assignment Rating value (where you can set a value from 1 to 5 stars) will be automatically calculated (converted into 5-star scale), so every imported or created TQA report affects overall vendor rating. For a screenshot above, where the report has 12 points out of 26, TBM calculated average rating as 3:
