As Paul is offline, thought I'd try and help.

I'm guessing that you've been taken to the new Window 10 equivalent of Control Panel, which does not (always?) have a repair feature.

If you type 'Control Panel' in the 'Type here to search' line bottom left next to your Windows start symbol as below:

Then click on 'Control Panel' as above. Then the 'old' Control Panel pane should appear, where you need to click 'Programs and Features'. You may also need to click on 'Small Icons' first:

The following screen should then appear:

Highlight the 'Desktop' entry and click 'Repair' as I have highlighted (or you can choose repair by right-clicking the entry and selecting Repair from the dropdown menu that appears).

I also repeat this with the other entries but that's probably not necessary and there is certainly NO need to do it to the 'Remove suite of products...' entry as that is only the entry used for uninstalling the 4 MultiTerm 'components' you see here, also the best way to uninstall.

Hello Alison,

It seemed that after updating Studio 2019 to the latest update I also had to update MultiTerm 2019. After updating MT 2019 everything seems to work again. Thanks again for your help.

Will make a mental note of your solution. Might come in handy for other repairs as well.

Ah, yes, that's a question I should have also asked you, if you had MultiTerm and Studio up to date with each other.

When both these products were less complex than they are now, the interaction between them was more forgiving of different versions ;-)
