Preview Fenster verursacht Fehlermeldung

Liebe Community,

ich übersetze unproblematische xml-Dateien eines Kunden seit Jahren. Seit dem Upgrade auf Studio 2021 SR2 kommt eine Fehlermeldung "Syntaxfehler", sobald ich das Preview Fenster verwende.Wenn ich das Preview Fenster schließe, kommt keine Fehlermeldung. Ich kann zwar diese Fehlermeldung auch bei jedem Segment mit Ja quittieren (auf die Frage, ob ich die Scripts auf dieser Seite weiterhin ausführen möchte) aber das kostet Zeit und Nerven.

Weiß jemand, wie ich dieses Problem lösen kann?

    thank you for your answer.

    My version is Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.9.9198 and the problem only occurred with the last or penultimate version, not before and a colleague who translates the same xml files for the same client (in a different language) as the same problem since her update of Trados. Another colleague (for another language) also has the latest version of Studio but no such problems.

    I'm sorry but I can't do anything with the question "Do you have the embedded content processor enabled for your filetype? ". What is an embedded content processor? I have read the description on the RWS documentation page but unfortunately do not understand enough of it. How can I find out whether it is a enabled for this filtype?

    Have you created a file type for your xml file? Or have you got the file in a project package? XML files can be very tricky and the different behavior on different computers and in different Studio versions may also be caused by the presence or absence of a certain file type.

    my client sends me the xml files, not a project.

    I have not created a file type specifically for this client.

    It seems, that you are using "Any XML" for translating these files, as there is no out of the box definition for mediTranslation xml flavor.

    Most probably the error is caused by missing of correct tag settings, adapted explicitly for your xml flavor. You need to create a proper file type for such files and the error should not appear anymore.
