Perhaps you need to lower your search settings so you see results that are less than 100%.  Have you checked your project settings to see what you are using?

Also, out of interest, how large is your TM?

My issue is that I have always had some translation done automatically even if it did not give me 100%. I have never had no translation at all, especially, with a group of documents that contain a certain amount of repetitive information, that has already been translated in a previous document. It is like if went on a vacation. LOL!

I am embarrassed, but I have no idea how to find out how large the TM is.

You won't be the only one!  Open your TM in the TM Maintenance View and then click on settings:

Indeed!!

So, first of all make sure you have something in the TM you are using.  This is why I asked you to check in the TM Maintenance View so you can be sure the content is actually in there.  Next, make sure that you have the appropriate search settings in your Project Settings:

Thank you. I have 3918 translation units. Last week added 145 translation units.  My search settings are as you show above.

Thanks Maria V. Garrido, can you also verify that the segment you believe is in there can be found by searching for it in the TM Maintenance view?

Only ones that are 100% are translating, which as I said, there are no problems with those.

My problem is that even with cloud-based selected, nothing happens. 

You are not going to believe me.

I opened a document to continue translating, and said, 'let's see what happens if I remove the TM, and RE-select them,' UNBELIEVABLE. It is working like I am used to.

I don't know if it has something to do with the internet (it has been horrible here) or not, who knows what's going on,  but hey, I am happy [for now LOL!]
