In the translation results window Trados Studio 2017 sometimes tells me that it found matches, but it is not showing them. Very arrogant, if you ask me. How can I teach this piece of machinery some decent manners?

Hi Kevin Flanagan,
did Toon provide the data you wanted? If not, I will.

Hi Walter,
the setting there definitely is on "Yes" (and has been ever since that related discussion on TW_users, which I followed with interest) , but I'm still not getting anything. And as I understand it, that setting is for any posts, isn't it? I feel that even if all those notification settings are on "No" I should get some kind of notification if somebody directly replies to a post of mine like you and Kevin did here. (I definitely had the checkmark at the "Notify me when someone replies to this post" option at the bottom.)
And even if I don't get an e-mail notification, I should at least see something under that lightning bolt in the top line, shouldn't I? After all the interaction yesterday, the latest notification there is from 20 days ago (see below). I also remember asking another question a couple of days ago that nobody in anyway acknowledged, so I presume nobody ever saw it. Or maybe it was even answered, but how would I know, because I can't find it anymore ...
In any case, thanks for your reply!
Eva
