You can switch your subscription plan at any time from your Trados subscription account. If you move to a higher-tier plan, you’ll be charged the difference and gain access to the additional features right away.

Please note some options can only be applied starting with the next invoice, depending on the time period you committed for. For example, if you opted for a yearly plan, the change of the subscription is going to be applied only after the plan you initially selected ends - unless you are in the 14 days risk-free period in which case it will apply currently if you select the change to be done NOW.
