Dear Paul!!!

You cannot imagine how many tests I performed with MultitermConvert, not with the Glossary Converter, so yeahh...I meant the first one .... (Glossary Converter installation is equested, since we have all these safety restrictions, it just got unistalled at some point and is not working now). 

Your tutorials are always so clear! As soon as I have the G.Converter and the task done, I will send you the feedback!

I think you are looking at the list of fields that you have come across since working with the converter... not the list of languages supported.  Try clicking on "Idioma..." and you'll see all the available languages.

Why is it weird?  You are not looking at the definition of your termbase... you are looking at every available language supported by the Glossary Converter and every field (what was in your spreadsheet) since you started using it.

Maybe you need to click on "Reset" to start afresh, and/or check this box so you always see the fields that will be picked up when you drag and drop your termbase into the UI.

The result looks different from yours....

I "switched off" all languages, leaving only French , Spanish and Eng + Definitions....but, defintions are not shown and ALL language columns appear. Will repeat the process. Sure i did something wrong.

One interesting observation: 

The output has taken only the definitions corresponding to the terms in English (at the English-term level), though most of them are in Spanish. 

But no big deal, this version will do!

PS: LET ME RECTIFY - FIELDS WITH DEFINITIONS IN OTHER LANGUAGES WERE JUST HIDDEN. NOW EVERYTHING IS OK!

I wish you would show the full screenshot of the UI as it's hard to tell where you are... especially since you also don't use the English UI.  Normally when you drag and drop a termbase into the UI you will be presented with a list of the headings in your Excel file, but I wouldn't expect it to look like the one you have shown here simply because you have duplicates.  It still looks a little as though you are viewing the Fields.

Can you provide me with the steps you are following, one at a time... or even better share a video of what you're doing?  Or send me the definition of your termbase, so I can look at the same data you're looking at?

I think I replied the wrong post and the string got lost! Look above: you were right, it was about resetting the program (though I have just installed it) and it surprised me I could have any information "memorized". Whatever, it worked well, I have already prepared that excel for the purposes for which I needed it!
