4. You will be redirected to SDL Community
5. Log in to the SDL Community with your SDL ID

7. See if any of the recommended similar posts are usefull
8. If the recommended posts are not usefull continue and post your question to the SDL Community
Community members will offer you suggestions on how to fix the issue you encounter or if there are no previous solutions for this issue community moderators will open a case for the SDL Support department who will contact you.
