Our support can be reached by phone in cases where you have a query on the past support tickets. For any other requests you should always use our online ticketing system. Once your ticket is raised, our support will get back to you and agree on further steps.
To access a list of phone numbers, please login to your SDL account, go to the SUPPORT & EDUCATION section and click on the SUPPORT tab. In the SDL SUPPORT section, click on the SUPPORT TELEPHONE NUMBERS link and a PDF file will appear with phone numbers listed by country:
Please be aware that the print screens are not from your SDL Account but the steps are the same
