Introduction
Signoff Verify Settings represents a batch task which collects verification information from the GroupShare Sproject and generates a report based on them.
How to use
User can run the batch task either from the "Batch Tasks" ribbon button, either on right click on Project/Project files, and can be processed:
- on project level
- on file(s) level
or when selecting the files based on the project level execution.
The batch task can also run on finalized project(s)
After selecting the project/file(s) on which the batch task should run, press on "Finish" button and the following window with the batch task results should be displayed (user can save the report locally or view it in the Reports view from Studio):
